• Emails are failing with error "Cannot process message in SAP System - XS817" in transaction SOST.

  Error in SMTP plug-in
  Message has no message text, attachments, or header information
  
  
• When checking in transaction SODIS message "Error when loading document" is thrown.
  
  
• The SAPconnect trace () for an affected email shows the following in the trace:
