3784285 - CJ20N: saving project changes shows error EAM_SERVPROC018 "selected orders cannot be processed together"

Symptom

In transaction CJ20N, attempting to save any change to a project raises error: "Selected orders cannot be processed together; remove order &" (Message No. EAM_SERVPROC018). Since all lean service configuration were in the environment before project creation means all networks were following the new procurement mode (Enhanced Procurement Mode), and the error shouldn't happen.
