3784311 - Application error when adding Payment Information UI to Hire Template - Employee Central

System throws an application error when attempting to add the Payment Information UI to the Hire Template.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to Manage Data > Hire Template;
2. Select an existing Hire Template or create a new one;
3. Click Details for any section;
4. In Hire Block Type, select Configuration UI;
5. In MDF Block Type, select Payment Information UI, and click Done;
6. Click Save > Application error is displayed.

Personal Information Screen Lookup for the Payment Information object do not have a screenId configured, resulting in a null screenId returned by the configuration and causing the error when adding the UI block.

1. Navigate to Manage Data.
2. Select the object: Personal Information Screen Lookup: Payment Information (Payment Information).
3. Add the required screenId and save.
