Are the tokens [[JOB_REQ_NAME]] and [[JOB_TITLE]] the same in terms of the New Recruiting Operator Notification and Recruiting Agency Notification templates in "Email Notification Template Settings"?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. In the New Recruiting Operator Notification template, use [[JOB_REQ_NAME]]. This token resolves to the Internal Job Title.
2. In the Recruiting Agency Notification template, use [[JOB_TITLE]]. This token also resolves to the Internal Job Title.
3. Do not interchange these tokens between the two templates; they are not cross-compatible.
4. Use the predefined tokens provided within each template and avoid adding unsupported tokens.
