3784436 - Activate Option is Greyed Out for a Form in Draft Status

The Activate option is greyed out for a form that is in Draft status.

SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

1. Log on to the system.
2. Navigate to System Settings.
3. Go to Forms.
4. Open a form that is in Draft status.
5. Click the Actions (three-dot) menu.
6. Observe that the Activate option is disabled (greyed out)

• The tenant is configured as a source tenant for a Change Project.
• In this configuration, form changes are managed through Change Projects. Since activating or deactivating a form creates change records, the system requires an active checked-out Change Project before these actions can be performed.
• If no Change Project is checked out, the Activate option remains disabled by design.

This is the expected system behavior. To activate the form, check out the relevant Change Project first. Once a Change Project is checked out, the Activate option becomes available, allowing the form to be activated and the corresponding change records to be created.
