3784446 - The supplier's Network ID is missing in the To credential of the OrderRequest cXML

Symptom

When I send a Purchase Order from my SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA to SAP Business Network using the Managed Gateway for Spend&Network, I notice the supplier's Network ID is missing from the <To> credential in the Order Request cXML payload.
