Symptom
After deleting Process Control workflows using transaction GRPC_AS_REORG, inconsistent data may occur between the workflow status and the corresponding GRC application records.
For example:
- A workflow is deleted from the backend using
GRPC_AS_REORG. - The corresponding workflow may no longer be available in the workflow tables.
- However, related GRC records, such as Manual Control Performance (MCP) records, may remain in the system.
- The Manual Control Performance Results application can therefore continue to display the related performance record with its existing status.
- The workflow may appear as cancelled or deleted in workflow-related applications while the corresponding GRC performance record still has another status.
