3784494 - It is not possible to assign responsible group for e-signature step - Onboarding

Symptom

Users cannot assign a responsible group to the e-signature step.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Cause

Expected behavior

Resolution

This functionality is currently not supported in the system. Responsibility for e-signatures can only be configured in the "Maintain Signatures" section of "Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates."
