3784497 - Supply Protection with Requirement Segment characteristic is calculated at material-plant level and not on stock segment level

A Supply Protection object is maintained with the characteristic Requirement Segment. During ATP check or sales order creation for a demand that does not match the protection group, the protected quantity is expected to be deducted only from the available quantity of the corresponding stock segment.

Instead, the system deducts the protected quantity from the total available stock at material-plant level. As a result, the quantity considered by Supply Protection may differ from the final confirmed quantity determined later by Product Availability Check (PAC) for the requested stock segment.
