Symptom
- Outbound case-creation acknowledgement emails generated automatically via an auto-flow rule do not appear in the case Timeline / email history for standard users, even though the email was sent successfully.
- Outbound emails sent manually from the case are visible in the Timeline as expected — only the auto-flow-generated acknowledgement is affected.
- On the Changes tab, opening Document Flow displays the error "Insufficient Read Access."
- The related network/API response returns an HTTP 403 with error code documentFlow.10023 and message "Read access denied."
- Administrators can confirm the email was sent by checking System Settings → Emails → Outbound Monitoring, or by filtering the Emails work center to Direction = Outbound.
