3784571 - Issue with missing completed attributes indicators within learning items despite matching proficiency level in Growth Portfolio

• Completed attributes for a learning item do not display the green checkbox indicator on the Learning course details page.
• Growth Portfolio shows the corresponding attributes and proficiency level as completed/synchronized, but the Learning item still does not display the completion indicator.

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Ensure the LMS tenant is migrated to Talent Intelligence Hub. 

2. Learning Item is associate with the attributes. 

3. User complete the learning item. 

4. Confirm that completed attributes synchronize to Growth Portfolio with the correct proficiency level. 

5. In Learning, search for the item in the library, open the course details page, and review the attributes; the completed indicator is not shown as checked. 

Known product bug. 

A code correction for this issue has been finalized and the fix will be available in the 2H 2026 release of SuccessFactors Learning.
