3784823 - Credit, and Processing end dates revert to prior day after save

Symptom

  • When manually creating a position via the Manage Version screen, the preview shows credit end date and process end date as end-of-month, but after clicking Apply both dates change to the prior day.
  • Example: preview shows 03/31/2026, but after saving the dates display as 03/30/2026.
  • The changes happen after save.
  • No error message is shown in the UI.
