Symptom

  • An error occurs when using PLFV files to update versions with a new effective date.
  • Error message in job/log output: "has invalid effective dates"
  • Error message variant: "The imported FixedValue ... has invalid effective dates"
  • New fixed values may load successfully, while entries intended to create new versions fail with the above error.
