3784937 - In ASR scenario, the ASN inbound message with action 05 does not delete LE Delivery

1. The end user creates a Consignment Order via the TOR generic service, which, alongside the message, automatically plans and generates an LE Inbound Delivery and a Freight Unit. The business scope of the message is ASN (Advanced Shipping Notification).
2. The end user deletes the Consignment Order using an ASN message with action code 05. Only the action code is changed from 04 to 05; no other modifications are made to the message.
3. As a result, the Consignment Order is deleted, but the linked Inbound Delivery is not. The Freight Unit is unplanned from the Consignment Order, but the lifecycle statuses of both the Delivery and the Freight Unit remain "In Process."
4. If end user attempts to edit the Delivery in transaction VL32N, the system displays the message: “Delivery was distributed, therefore display only. Message No. VL239.”
   Thus, deletion is not possible even manually.
5. The end user would like the Inbound Delivery to be cancelled automatically when the Consignment Order is deleted.
