3785010 - Some users are unable to see certain dimension members in the EPM Add-in

Symptom

Some users are unable to see certain dimension members in the EPM Add-in. The Same user is able to see the particular members in the BPC Web reports or if logging in to BPC with the EPM Add-in on a different PC. If a different user logs in the user's PC they are also able to see the particular members in the EPM Add-in.

Clearing the EPM Add-in cache or the BPC server cache does not resolve the issue.
