3785031 - The eDocuments from Italy are Not Available in the eDocument Cockpit App - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The Accounting eDocuments from Italy are not being displayed in the eDocument Cockpit.

 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the eDocument Cockpit app.

The Accounting eDocuments from Italy are not displayed in the eDocument Cockpit App.

The Accounting eDocuments from Italy have the Relevant flag not marked in the eDocument Cockpit App. 

1. Go to the eDocument Cockpit App.
2. Select Change button.
3. In the Company Code field, enter ABC. (where ABC represents the Company Code)
4. Select the tab Accounting Documents.
5. In the Document Number field, enter XYZ (where XYZ represents the Document Number).
6. Mark the Not Relevant Checkbox.
7. Select Execute (Clock Icon).
8. Locate the Italy eDocument XYZ.
9. Mark the eDocument XYZ.
10. Select create button.

The error "Not possible to create eDocuments for the selected documents" is displayed.

Before triggering the manual creation of the eDocuments for Italy, it is required to confirm whether the below configuration has been maintained in the SSCUI 103585 - Assign eDocument Type to Accounting Document Type and Value Mapping GET_DOCUMENT_TYPE.

1. Go to the SSCUI 103585 - Assign eDocument Type to Accounting Document Type.
2. Select Region/Country: IT.
3. Add the following entries:

Type: XX
Description: Example
eDocument Type: IT_FATTURA
Type Description: Italy Fattura

1. Go to the Configure Value Mapping App
2. In the Namespace field, enter /EDOIT.
3. In the Value Mapping field, enter GET_DOCUMENT_TYPE
4. Add the following entries:

ExtValue: TD01
Doc Type: XX

Once the configuration is maintained for SSCUI 103585 - Assign eDocument Type to Accounting Document Type and Value Mapping GET_DOCUMENT_TYPE, the manual creation of the Accounting eDocuments for Italy can be triggered in the eDocument Cockpit App.

Note: The configurations must be reviewed in order to confirm the exact Journal Entry Type that must be maintained in the SSCUI 103585 - Assign eDocument Type to Accounting Document Type and Value Mapping GET_DOCUMENT_TYPE.
