Symptom

You are using SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP. URL: https://cockpit.btp.cloud.sap) and would like to unsubscribe from a microservice. This process fails with the below error (visible in the network traces):

"message": "unsubscribe failed. Error: un-subscribe failed in delete callback. Parameters:
Root Application: SAP Process Automation rootAppName: process-automation. Please open support case using the component: BPI-PA.
Failed to call callback. URL: DELETE <<URL>>
Callback response: while executing gql mutation: failed to execute HTTP request:
The operation is not allowed [reason=<System name> is part of the following formations : <formation name>] 

**********************************************************

In the above example, it is the SAP Build Process Automation service that is being unsubscribed. However this error can occur with any service any unsubscription.
