Symptom

A purchase requisition appears in the project segment of the stock/requirements list (T-code: MD04) for a material planned with MRP type VB (Reorder-Point Planning). The customer expects no purchase requisition to be generated in the project segment because the MRP type VB configuration has "Include ext. reqmts" set to "Ignored" and no additional external requirement types are selected.
