3785167 - Error FINS_ONE_ALLOCATION 074 “Cross fiscal year not allowed” in Universal Allocation

When executing an allocation in the Manage Allocations apps, costs posted in the previous fiscal year are not selected for an allocation run in the following fiscal year.

The following behavior may occur:

• The sender is not displayed in the allocation result.
• The sender value is shown as zero even though costs were posted in the final period of the previous fiscal year.
• The issue also occurs when the Cumulative option is selected.
• When the allocation period range crosses the fiscal-year boundary, the following message is displayed: FINS_ONE_ALLOCATION 074 – Cross fiscal year not allowed
