3785170 - Error generating query plan in HAC when requesting execution plan for a sql query

Symptom

  • When attempting to generate execution plan in HAC, the error message "Error generating Query Plan" is shown.
  • In DT, relevant requests to /hac/azurehac/executionplan/query for execution plan fail with HTTP 400.
  • Below exception can be observed in sampled DT trace.
