3785190 - Gender not Populated and Error "the system can't load the data" in Rehire Data Review for Rehire with old employment - Onboarding

• The Gender field is empty on the "Rehire Data Review" page when the candidate is processed as "Rehire with old employment".
• When entering Gender manually and continuing, an error appears next to the field: "The system can’t load the data. Please refresh the page and try again."

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Open the "Pre-Onboarding Rehire Verification" task for a rehire.
2. Select the candidate as "Rehire with old employment".
3. Open Rehire Data Review.
4. Observe that the Gender field is empty.
5. Enter a value for Gender and click Continue.
6. Note the error: "The system can’t load the data. Please refresh the page and try again."

Known issue when "Log Read Access" is enabled for Manage Business Configuration > Personalinfo > Gender. With Log Read Access set to Yes, the system fails to load Gender on Rehire Data Review and raises the stated error.

1. Manage Business Configuration > Personalinfo > Take Action > Make Correction
2. Gender > details > Select "log read access" as No selection
3. Save the configuration
4. Re-test the Rehire Data Review step for "Rehire with old employment".

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H2026 release.
