3785191 - Fiori Launchpad tile in Spanish but internal menus in English – SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

When entering the Fiori application by clicking on the tile, the tile appears in Spanish, but the internal menus appear in English.

For example:

The following one is not working for Spanish when it goes to "FIORI_MENU".

The following one is working fine when it gose to the intent "EWMSystem-testRFEnvironment" directly.
