Symptom

Unable to sort or reorder queries in the dropdown list in OWL. No option to sort queries in adaptation mode as well.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Accounts and switch to adaptation mode.
  2. Attempt to reorganize or reorder the available queries/views for the dropdown list; no sorting or reordering option is available.

Cause

By default, the system provides alphabetical sorting of queries in the queries/views dropdown on the object work list (owl).

Resolution

This behavior is as designed, reordering or custom sorting of queries/views via adaptation is not supported.
