• Items displayed on To-Do list, despite Learning instance being deleted.
• When clicking on the item number, the message "Failed to retrieve Learning To-Do items" is displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login as the affected user in BizX
2. Navigate to the To-Do section in the BizX homepage
3. Observe learning cards for course completions appearing and note that they cannot be dismissed or removed.

The "Enable SuccessFactors Learning integration" setting remained enabled in Provisioning after the Learning instance was decommissioned, resulting in obsolete learning cards persisting on the BizX homepage.

1. Confirm that the SuccessFactors Learning instance has been decommissioned and that the Learning integration is no longer required.
2. In Provisioning, navigate to Company Settings and locate the "Enable SuccessFactors Learning integration" option.
3. Uncheck "Enable SuccessFactors Learning integration" and save the changes. Ensure this action is performed by an authorized administrator with Provisioning access.
4. Have affected user sign out and back in, then verify that the invalid learning cards no longer appear in the To-Do section.
