3785301 - Commissioning Event Could Not Be Determined Error When Running /STTP/BATCH_REP

Symptom

  • An error occurs when running transaction /STTP/BATCH_REP: "Commissioning event could not be determined (Message No. /STTP/REP_MSG_EU101)".
  • All serial numbers for a specific lot were decommissioned instead of commissioned.
  • Reporting to the EU HUB is not possible due to missing commissioned serial numbers.
  • Setting serial numbers to Active via a manual event does not allow EU PRODUCT PACK reporting.
