3785308 - multisite storefront resolves to wrong base site and custom domains redirect after jdk 21 upgrade (composable storefront)

• After upgrading to JDK 21, multi-site functionality is not working as expected.
• Accessing the path for one base site resolves/redirects to another base site.
• Custom storefront domains do not preserve the incoming host and redirect to a different host.
• During storefront bootstrap, OCC/CMS requests are sent for the wrong base site even when opening a different site.
• OCC /occ/v2/basesites returns multiple base sites as expected.
• No explicit backend 301/302 redirect is observed.
• Error message: "Currency CurrencyModel (xxx) is not supported by the current base store".
