3785362 - Intermittent "Requested Has No Available Endpoints" Errors (HTTP 503/502/404) During Request Routing in Cloud Foundry

Symptom

  • Intermittent HTTP errors during requests to application routes: 503 Service Unavailable, 404 Not Found, and 502 Bad Gateway.
  • Error messages include: "Requested route has no available endpoints" and "Requested route does not exist".
  • Some failing requests take about 5 seconds before returning an error.
  • Endpoints are reachable immediately before and after failures; other endpoints respond at the same time.
  • No corresponding entries appear in application logs during the failures.
