3785366 - Dunning Letter PDF preview is blank or shows 'This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue' in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• In Create Dunning Notices app when trying to preview a generated Dunning Letter PDF, the preview does not load or remains blank. 
• The following error message is displayed: "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue." 

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental." 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2608

1. Open the Create Dunning Notices app.
2. Enter the required values for Run On and Identification.
3. Navigate to Menu and select Go To.
4. Select Output.
5. Select the relevant output item for the dunning document.
6. Select Display Document.
7. The PDF preview does not load, and the following error message is displayed: "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue."
   

• It's a known issue and it's planned to be delivered with Hotfix Collection CE 2608 HFC03.

• As a workaround, the PDF can be displayed successfully using the "Display Dunning History" app.
