3785410 - Reimagined Candidate Experience: "This job requisition has been closed" Error on External Private Posting Application - Recruiting Management

With the Reimagined Candidate Experience enabled, and an external candidate tries to apply to an external private posting, they are met with an error message: "This job requisition has been closed. We recommend you to check out other roles that might interest you. Explore all job opportunities"

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Send the external private posting URL to a candidate.
2. The candidate accesses the URL, logs in, and begins their application.
3. A yellow warning banner is displayed with the message: "This job requisition has been closed. We recommend you to check out other roles that might interest you. Explore all job opportunities."
4. The candidate is able to continue and complete all fields in the application form.
5. Upon reaching the final page, the Submit Application button is absent, preventing the candidate from submitting their application.

Our Engineering team have developed code fix for this issue and bundled it into an upcoming patch. Here are the scheduled deployment dates:
