Search for Manage Reporting Rules app in system but found nothing

The Business Roles are not updated after the activation of the features.

Prerequisites for Enabling the "Manage Reporting Rule" Application

1. Ensure that the feature Consolidation Additional Reporting Rule Dimensions (FINCS_ADDL_RPTG_RULE_DIMENS) is activated in the Activate Features configuration activity.
2. Assign business role SAP_BR_GRP_ACCOUNTANT or SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR_GRP to the relevant user.
3. In the Identity and Access Management (IAM) app, verify that the Manage Reporting Rule application is included and activated within the business role SAP_BR_GRP_ACCOUNTANT or its successor role.
4. Once the above steps are completed, clear the application cache and re-log into the system. The Manage Reporting Rule app should then be available.
