3785424 - Performance Management Forms Not Transferred to New Matrix Manager After Job Relationships Import Containing "NO_MANAGER"

Symptom

Performance Management forms are not automatically transferred to the new Matrix Manager after a manager change and execution of the HRIS Sync and Document Transfer jobs.

Customers may observe the following behavior:

  • Forms remain assigned to the previous Matrix Manager instead of being transferred to the newly assigned Matrix Manager.
  • The old Matrix Manager continues to see the forms in the Inbox or En Route folders.
  • The new Matrix Manager does not receive the forms after the manager change.
  • The issue can be reproduced when a Job Relationships import updates the Matrix Manager and another relationship in the same import file is set to "NO_MANAGER".
