3785568 - My purchase order moves to Received status instead of Receiving status when line items are only partially received

I have a purchase order with multiple line items. After importing receipts where some line items are fully received, some are partially received, and some are not received, the purchase order moves to Received status instead of Receiving status. I expect the purchase order to remain in Receiving status as not all line items have been fully received.
