3785597 - LOAD_PROGRAM_CLASS_MISMATCH dumps for downwards-compatible kernel mode (DCK)

Symptom

  • High number of LOAD_PROGRAM_CLASS_MISMATCH dumps after a kernel update.
  • LOAD_PROGRAM_INTF_MISMATCH also observed in some cases.
  • SGEN was executed to regenerate ABAP loads, using "Regenerate after system upgrade" and "Regenerate already existing loads (ALL)", while no users/jobs were running in the system. The issue persists even after SGEN.
