3785640 - Uploading of attachments is not possible in Fiori App Create Purchasing Info Record - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• In the ME11 – Create Purchasing Info Record app, the attachment list option remains greyed out after uploading a document during info record creation.
• No confirmation message such as “attachment uploaded successfully” is displayed when uploading an attachment in AppId ME11
• The uploaded attachment is not visible in the same Create Purchasing Info Record screen.
• When an info record is created in ME11 'Create Purchasing Info Record '  without an attachment and the document is uploaded later in Change Purchasing Info Record (ME12 ) , the system shows “attachment uploaded successfully”, the attachment list option is active, and the attachment is visible in Change Purchasing Info Record and Display Purchasing Info Record.

1. Open ME11 – Create Purchasing Info Record App
2. Enter required info record details.
3. Upload an attachment using the attachment option.
4. Check the attachment list option (it remains greyed out and no success confirmation appears).
5. Access the Display Purchasing Info Record app - Attachment not displayed

At the time of document creation in Create Purchasing Info Record App , the document number is not yet known and objects are not linked, causing the attachment link to be lost or broken.

1. Create the purchasing info record in Create Purchasing Info Record App without adding an attachment.
2. Open the same info record in Change Purchasing Info Record App ME12 or Display Purchasing Info Record App ME13.
3. Upload the required attachment inChange Purchasing Info Record App ME12 or Display Purchasing Info Record App ME13.
4. Verify that the system displays a success confirmation, the attachment list is active, and the attachment is visible and accessible.
