3785653 - Custom MDF card displays "No Data" when all fields are grouped or hidden in Latest People Profile UI

Symptom

When "Enable the latest Viewing, Editing, and History UI on Full Profile (With Non-Configurable UI)" is enabled, and all fields of a custom MDF object are placed within a Group or moved to Hide Fields at the card level, the custom MDF card section displays "No Data" instead of appearing empty.

Reproducing the Issue

Navigate to Configure Latest People Profile.
Add a custom MDF object card and enable "Enable the latest Viewing, Editing, and History UI on Full Profile (With Non-Configurable UI)".
In the card configuration: place the regular fields within a Group or move the regular fields to Hide Fields.
Ensure that no regular fields remain outside the Group.
Open an employee's profile and access the custom MDF card in Create, Edit, or View Details mode.
Observe that the card section displays "No Data".

Cause

This behavior is a known product limitation in the Latest Viewing, Editing, and History UI on Full Profile.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.

Workaround:

To prevent the "No Data" message from being displayed, ensure that at least one regular field remains outside of any Group and is not moved to Hide Fields in the card configuration.
