Environment

Cause

The internal periodic polling of the system caused high concurrency access in a short period of time, which resulted in the system being unavailable; And the accumulated visits has led to the persistence of this problem. Developers have reduced access concurrency and provided alerts for such situations.

Resolution

2026.07.28 06:30 UTC Issue has been mitigated by restarting backend service.

2026.07.28 00:00 UTC Development team is aware of this issue and investigating it with highest priority.
