Symptom

An import model in SAP Analytics Cloud returns a different number of records on successive scheduled or manual runs. The administrator needs to determine whether the discrepancy originates on the source system side or within SAC.

The SAC agent Catalina log, more specifically the ResultSetChunkFormatter#rowStatistics entry, can be used to determine the number of rows sent by the datasource. This article documents how to locate and interpret it.
