Symptom

  • Issue reoccurring while changing the ChaRM status from L4 to L5.
  • Error message: "Error in data collector: No data found for system [system] client [client]: check SAP Note 2596287".
  • LMDB is not updating for the affected systems.
  • Issue is reproducible during the current ChaRM cycle.
