3785694 - I am unable to delete attachments from an event in Track Shipments

Symptom

I report an event with attachments and later attempt to remove some or all of the attachments using the attachment deletion functionality.

After the deletion request is processed:

  • Attachments remain visible when selecting the paperclip icon in the Track Shipments application.
  • Previously attached documents are still accessible.
  • Original attachment timestamps continue to be displayed.
  • The event history correctly reflects the latest event update and attachment status, but the attachments remain visible in the application.
