3785695 - I am unable to view tracking timeline data for a freight booking in the Track Shipments application

Symptom

  • I can view tracking timeline data for freight orders in the Track Shipments application, but no tracking timeline data is displayed for freight bookings.
  • When I open a freight booking in the Track Shipments application, the following message is displayed "No data found"
  • The freight booking is visible in the application, but the tracking timeline is empty.
