3785704 - Unable to Implement SAP Note 2745851 – Object Type /SDF/CL_S4RC20 Does Not Exist in SNOTE

Symptom

While implementing SAP Note 2745851 in transaction SNOTE, the implementation fails with an error similar to: Object type /SDF/CL_S4RC20 does not exist The class /SDF/CL_S4RC20 is also missing when checked in transaction SE24. The issue persists even after: Updating ST-PI and ST-A/PI to the latest available versions.
Implementing related SAP Notes (for example, 3205320 and 2752962).
