Symptom
- Agent Desktop search field returns no results when a phone number is entered in normalized format (e.g. +11234567890).
- The same phone number returns correct results when entered in hyphenated format (e.g. +1 123-456-7890).
- On an inbound call, the Agent Desktop search field auto-populates with the normalized (unhyphenated) number, causing no matching customer records to display even when multiple records exist for that number.
- Manually adding a hyphen to the auto-populated number allows the expected customer records to be found.
