  • Error is returned when attempting to cancel an approved NFS-e (Nota Fiscal de Serviços Eletrônica) issued to São Paulo City Hall via transaction J1BNFE
  • Message class / number: J_1BNFE_CF013
  • Error text: E89: Retrieve status from municipality not implemented for cancelled documents
  • The cancellation request fails regardless of document status reset attempts
