3785766 - picklist is not supported in latest people profile trend block - Performance Management

Picklist is not supported in Latest People Profile trend block and the original label is displayed as option ID.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. In Manage Business Configuration, a trend block field is mapped to a picklist
   
2. In legacy People profile, the picklist is displayed correctly
3. After upgrading to Latest People profile, navigate to Performance and Goals > trend block
4. Observe that the picklist field value is shown as the option ID instead of the label.

PPX (Latest People Profile) does not support picklist fields in the trend block. This is an expected system behavior.

This behavior is by design: picklist fields are not supported in the Latest People Profile trend block (PPX), and the option ID is displayed instead of the label.

Workaround

1.For the already existing data, you need to export trend data first (always keep a backup)
2.Remove the picklist in Manage Business Configuration
3.Re-upload the data to the instance
