3785774 - Warning message "Output item has already been requested, see 'More -> Extras -> Notification Output’" occurs in Change Notification app even if no output exists

When clicking "Create Output Item" button, warning message "Output item has already been requested, see 'More -> Extras -> Notification Output’" occur. However, when checking the notification output, no output item exists.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to Change Notification(QM02) app and enter a quality notification number.
2. Click "Create Output Item" button and warning message occurs.
3. Go to More -> Extras -> Notification Output, no output item exists.

One possible reason is that the output item has been created previously but it's now deleted. Therefore, the warning message occurs when creating a new output item. 

After the first output item has been created for a quality notification, it's not possible to create another item using Create Output Item, even if the first output item has been deleted.

Trigger additional outputs from the output item list. To trigger an additional output, proceed as follows:

• Choose Add Output if it's needed to enter personalized output settings that has been made for output control.

• Choose Determine Items to let the system create a new output item based on the predefined settings.
