3785896 - SFOData.WfRequest - Pending with field is unavailable/step ownerID has null value

Which field can be used to determine the workflow is currently pending with? The field wfRequestStepNav/ownerId to identify the action owner but this field is null for most of the workflows in PENDING/LOCKED status. Why the value of ownerId is null for most of the steps although in SuccessFactors UI the workflow is awaiting approval from a user.

There is no provision to fetch the current approver information (like ownerId) in a workflow when the approverType is Dynamic Group or Position. The ownerId will have the value null even there is only one owner. This is expected behavior as per current system design.
