3785904 - How conditional restart works for Purchase Order and Purchase Contracts.

Symptom

  • When a conditional restart field is changed in a Purchase Order(PO)/Purchase Contract(CTR/PC), it is noticed that the flexible workflow is not restarted.  
  • It is expected that the flexible workflow should restart the original workflow work item. 
  • Conditional restart is not working for the approved purchasing document.
