Symptom

Add modifier is not working on legacy forms if opening form from All Forms folder

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Do not check  Enable the latest experience of Performance Management forms.
  2. Go to Performance>all forms, select target form
  3. Add an approver/modifier (for example, via Add Modifier).
  4. Click Save.
  5. Observe that the application returns to the My Forms (inbox) page and the approver/modifier is not added.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.

Workaround

  • Option1:Open the performance form from the Inbox folder
  • Option2:Enable the option “Enable the latest experience of Performance Management forms” to use the latest PM experience
