• The AI-generated Goal functionality in Goal Management creates goal descriptions that exceed the configured character limit.
• The issue occurs when using the AI Generate Goal option to create a new goal.
• The content populated in the Goal Description field surpasses the character limit set for the Description field.

1. Navigate to Goal Management.
2. Create a new goal using the AI Generate Goal option.
3. Generate a custom goal.
4. Observe the content populated in the Goal Description field exceeding the configured character limit.

Current product limitation: the Gen-AI goal generation does not enforce the configured character limit for the Goal Description field.

1. Be aware that there is currently no functionality to automatically restrict or stop over-limit text generated by the Gen-AI feature during goal creation.
2. As a workaround, include the desired character limit explicitly in the prompt (for example, “limit the description to X characters”) to guide the generated output.
3. If needed, manually trim the generated description to meet the configured character limit before saving.
