3786035 - Stale BPE Error Tile Remains Visible on the Homepage

Symptom

A stale BPE Error tile remains visible on the homepage and cannot be removed through the standard application functionality.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the SAP SuccessFactors instance.
  2. Navigate to the Homepage.
  3. Verify that a stale BPE Error tile is displayed.
  4. Attempt to remove or clear the tile.
  5. Observe that the stale BPE Error tile remains visible on the homepage.

Cause

The BPE Error tile is stale and cannot be removed through the standard application functionality.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, the stale BPE Error tile must be removed by executing a script.
